What you should know before you start shopping:
1) This E-shop is intended exclusively for companies with registered offices in the Czech Republic and Slovakia (entrepreneurs, sole proprietors, legal entities) - simply for those who have an ID number; it is not our duty to investigate whether someone has circumvented this condition if they purchase up to CZK 10,000 including VAT.
2) As it is assumed that this e-shop will be bought by experts who know what and how much they need, it is not possible to return purchased goods by default. Returns will only be permitted in exceptional cases and the costs associated with returning and re-selling the returned goods will be taken into account.
3) A minimum order value is set, which may change depending on the market situation; for some brands, the obligation to order goods in total value may be higher.
4) We provide technical support only to registered customers and to a reasonable extent - that is, what is not in the parameters or documentation (not of the type "I would need a refund for...") etc.
5) We process price offers to a limited extent and only to regular customers!
6) By registering, you will not only save time on the next order (you will no longer have to fill in the data), but sometimes also your pocket - registered customers can have more favorable price conditions, including the possibility of using technical support.
