What you should know before you start shopping:
1) This E-shop is intended exclusively for companies with registered offices in the EU (entrepreneurs, sole traders, legal entities) - simply for those who have a company ID; it is not our obligation to investigate whether someone has circumvented this condition if they make a purchase of up to 10,000 CZK (approx. €400) including VAT.
2) Since it is assumed that professionals who know what and how much of what they need will be shopping in this e-shop, it is not possible to return purchased goods as a standard. Returning goods will be permitted only in exceptional cases and the costs associated with returning and re-selling the returned goods will be taken into account.
3) There is a minimum order value, which may change depending on the market situation; for some brands, the obligation to order goods in a higher total value may apply.
4) We provide technical support only to registered customers and to a reasonable extent - that is, what is not in the parameters or documentation (not the type "I would need a refund for...") etc.
5) The offer of goods not in the e-shop is considered a standard price offer according to the legislation; we process extraordinary price offers only to serious interested parties if their interest exceeds the normally purchased quantity or financial volume of goods.
6) By registering, you will not only save time on your next order (you will not have to fill in the data), but sometimes also your wallet - registered customers may have more favorable price conditions, including the possibility of using technical support.
