Transport of goods
The ordered goods are sent to the chosen address from the seller's premises; it can be the seller's premises or another company's premises where the order can be picked up (PPL Parcel Shop). Delivery will usually take place on the date set by the carrier. Goods that are not in stock are delivered according to an individual agreement with the customer.
When taking over the goods, the buyer is obliged to check the quantity, type and obvious defects without undue delay. If he discovers irregularities, he must immediately report this fact to the seller and continue to follow his instructions. Later complaints cannot be taken into account. Packages with goods are protected from normal damage during transport.
The carrier must be understood as a third party that ensures the transport of the goods to the destination. The seller is not responsible for any damages incurred by the buyer in connection with the transport (failure to meet the deadline, damage to the goods by the carrier, etc.).
We provide transport only on the territory of the Czech Republic and SK.
The carrier of our e-shop is the company PPL, goods distributed directly from the manufacturer to the customer may have their own carrier.
